Job Summary: The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that client satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account delivery management and will be adept at navigating complex client environments. Responsibilities: Lead the service delivery team to ensure the successful execution of service delivery strategies. Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and issues. Monitor and report on service performance metrics, ensuring compliance with SLAs and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement service delivery processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, gather feedback, and discuss future needs. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Provide leadership and mentorship to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in service delivery. Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in account delivery management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in service delivery frameworks and methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing service delivery in a technology or consulting environment. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in service management or project management are a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
