Hybrid Schedule : 4 days in office, 1 work from home

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition and hiring initiatives across corporate and operational roles. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Ideal candidate must have experience with high volume recruitment of various roles, and experience working in design or textiles. Be self-motivated recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews; evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity and market trends.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support employer branding, recruiting events, networking, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Perform other HR and recruiting projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
• Recruiting experience within apparel, fashion, accessories, consumer products, wholesale distribution, or related industries.
• Proven success recruiting for professional, management, and operational positions.
• Strong candidate sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
