New Grad Registered Nurse (RN)

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus Eligible

Sovah Health - Martinsville is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. At Lifepoint Health, as a New Graduate RN, you'll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. 

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care. 

You'll benefit from: 

• Paid participation throughout all phases of the program 
• Flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks 
• Dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments

• Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way

How you'll contribute 

A New Graduate RN who excels in this role:

• Demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care by performing comprehensive assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence. 

What we're looking for: 

Passionate New Graduates who have a

• Degree from an accredited nursing school 
• RN Licensure 
• BCLS

Schedule:

3 12- hour shifts every other weekend

Hourly Range: $31.49 - $41.49
