About The Role

We are seeking a versatile Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our core marketing initiatives. This role is designed for someone looking for flexible hours while gaining multi-channel experience in event planning, visual design, copy drafting, and social execution. You'll be a key support engine for our small, efficient team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule organic social media posts according to our content calendar and help monitor audience comments and interactions.
• Assist with logistical tasks for upcoming events, including checklist management, shipping promo materials, and coordinating speaker or sponsor details.
• Design quick-turnaround graphics for social media, email headers, and event flyers using established brand guidelines.
• Draft initial copy for social posts, email updates, and promotional collateral; assist with assembling emails in our marketing platform.
• Help maintain organized digital files, update marketing asset libraries, and track basic campaign metrics.

Qualifications

• Practical experience or relevant coursework/internships in marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite).
• Clear writing skills and comfortable drafting short-form marketing copy.
• Comfortable navigating social media channels for business use.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills to maximize part-time hours.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to tackle a variety of marketing projects.
