Job Description

Salary: $56,000 - 84,000 per year Requirements:

Front-end development and web design skills for creating responsive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces.
Back-end development and programming skills to support server-side logic, data handling, and API integrations.
General web development ability to work across the stack, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployment and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework, such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and communicate clearly with colleagues in a remote setting.
Relevant coursework, bootcamp training, or practical project experience; a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

Support the design, development, and maintenance of our websites and web applications to improve experiences for customers and internal stakeholders.
Build front-end interfaces, assist with back-end functionality, debug issues, and help optimize site performance.
Work with designers, marketing colleagues, and senior developers to turn business needs into functional web features.
Take part in code reviews, follow development best practices, and contribute to documentation for consistent, maintainable work.
